The Town ,The kids I grew up with, My life today.
Born in Newark NJ, I moved to Belleville and lived
there from K-6 got into to many fights and the neighborhood I grew up in was
going down hill...WE moved to beautiful Nutley.
LINCOLN SCHOOL. started Lincoln school just around Halloween. First person I
remember was Carmen Dentato. He was dressed like a caveman and scared the
daylights out of me! (love you Carmen) We became friends. Playing football
behind Lincoln school, War games in Margaret field are a few thoughts I keep
tucked in my memory Bank.
FRANKLIN SCHOOL: Playing drums in the marching band 7th grade ,breaking the
Kettle drum skin and getting in deep trouble with Mr. Gilligan. Guys Carmen,
Anthony Chris M., Richie, Viggi, Bobby C.....Girls Pam, Sally, Pattie....
Lot of friends. Franklin Frolics, Beatles Introduced to America ( Well my heart
went boom when I crossed that room ) Becoming part of the crowd.
NUTLEY HIGH: School Dances, drinking behind Franklin School (Thought we were
cool). Saying peace to everyone, making the winnie sound every day after the
Flag Salute. Mr. Dietch calling me a monkey and the Monkey smash, bell bottom
jeans, side burns, hair over the ears, Vanilla fudge, Jimmi Hendricks, And
Cream, twirling the sticks. First love and high school parties. So many memories
so many good time we were blessed.
Today I have Three beautiful Kids, Joel 28,Jessica 25,and Anthony 21.A wife who
taught me how to truly love (thank you Leslie). I'm proud to be working in the
Prosthetic and Orthotic industry as a Certified Orthotist/Pedorthist. I still
play the drums and enjoy music very much. I believe in God the Father And Jesus
And know all these wonderful memories were great gifts from above. To sum it up
