This is me in my turquoise tutu...

And here I am with my father's guitar

I was born in Newark, New Jersey, to a couple of children of Italian immigrants who were also born in Newark, New Jersey. When I was 18, I moved west, urged on by a sense of escape, adventure, and a longing to see the mountains. In the summer of 1972 I met Donald and his brother David, who were 5th generation Oregonians. Little did I know at the time that I would actually become part of this family! Six years later, Donald and I "found" each other and got married. I am now a lifer at Boeing, after 22 years. I work in Noise Engineering, we are part of research and development. In my other life, I play bass in an old time band, which gives me great pleasure.

We have two sons Josiah, my older son, and Tom. Josiah decided he needed a break from college and has been working full-time since June at a cutlery store. Tom is now the computer specialist at a Salt Lake City firm and attending university there at night. On September 1, 2001, we took off for 18 days and went to Italia. We did have a wonderful time. Read all about it, and more about us at http://www.fiddlelily.com.
